Background

    A little background information about myself, I enjoy working with and playing on computers. I went through what is known as the College Career & Technical Education path for Computer Science (at the time, it was called Programming and Coding) through Tennessee High Schools. I took the Computer Science AP classes and was ALL set to enter Computer Science when I reached Tennessee Tech. It was after the 4th programming class that I just felt like I wasn’t getting what I wanted from taking the classes. I couldn’t see my path for after school. So I had to go back to the drawing board and look over that long list of majors and make a decision.

    

    

    I landed on the general Professional Studies degree with an Information Technology concentration. I figured seeking a minor in Computer Science (since I already had most of the classes done) was a good move too.

    I know there are a lot of people that go through college and don’t know what they hope to do when they are done - I might be one of them.
